I use free weights (hand dumbbells), one in each hand for exercises - do I enter the weight of each dumbbell or the combined weight of the two?

I do the weight of each, but if you wanted to do the total weight there's no reason you couldn't. Which ever you do, be consistent with it so you can see your progress over time.0

I note the dumbell weight that I'm using not the total combined weight....why would you do that? I do agree that being consistent is absolutely necessary! I'm doing Body Beast program and I love it! By the way I'm a 56 yo grandmother of 6! I love my free weights since I don't go to a gym!0

i log dumbells like this DB 35x2 for two 35 lb dumbbells. because some exercises i use just one dumbell and i log like this DB 35x10
