Healthy tips?

Options
Looking for good ideas to eat during lunch and as well as dinner. Looking for something with very low sodium and low on carbohydrates as well. Those two are what kills me the most!

    I like to cut up chicken breast and fry it in a pan, then when it's done cooking, mix in some pesto and some parmesan cheese. It's high in protein and fat and very low in carbohydrates.
