Today was day 8 for me on Level 1..so two more days and I am going to attempt level 2. Not sure exactly what to expect, level one was not as bad as I thought it was going to be so hopefully level 2 isn't that bad either!0

Just completed day 1 and I've got to say I enjoyed the workout. I wasn't sure what kind of workout i'd get in 20 minutes. :happy:0

Sorry guys, i'm new to this site. Can I please just ask, what does bump mean?! hahah Anyway I hope everyone's shreding is going well. Is anyone noticing a difference in muscle tone, fat loss, or weight loss? I'm going to start Level 2 tomorrow! I'll let you know how it goes!0
