Out of the 200's
Yep today i reached Onederland w/ 198lbs. First time i have been below the 200's in my adult life, maybe even longer.
Still amazed on the progress. This day i still get inspired when soaking up the milestones and success threads from fellow members here and other forums. Thanks to you all and also thanks to my beloved wife.

Thank you kindly for your thoughts. My original personal goal when i started was 200lbs which i reached in November (i then gained 8lbs during Thanksgiving). That was when i started implementing some fitness so i started the 21 day fix and walking 3-6 miles daily. At night i then do 30 minutes on the elliptical. Took me about a week to recover from thanksgiving and then this surprise.
I am very happy where i am now scale wise but would not mind going down to 190-195lbs.
I am starting to really shift my focus to fitness so once i am done with the 21 day fix then i will move on to one of the P90's and then once i am done with that then i really shift focus to SL 5X5.
