Does anyone make their own Spicy Kimchi? If so post your recipe or video on how to do this.

    Here's a recipe from Maangchi's website. I haven't made the cabbage kimchi before but I've made the radish kimchi and it was pretty good.

    Maangchi is one of my favorite people. Each recipe of hers that I've made has turned out awesome!

    In to agree with the Maangchi love. She's awesome!

    As a side note, I made the bok choy side dish the other day (maangchi.com/recipe/bok-choy-muchim), and it was so amazing that I ate the whole thing on the spot. I'm going to make it again tomorrow, but I'm probably going to double the amount of bok choy in the recipe because I think there was enough sauce to spread it out further.
