Hey there guys...sorry for the sideways picture. Name is Aaron. I am a deployed Soldier (US Army) and currently transitioning from Bodybuilder mentality to Powerlifting. I'm limited in my goals by Army Standards, but working on slow bulk progression for lean mass and strength. Currently 210lbs.
1RM
DL 415
SQ 330
Bench 255
OHP 165
so I am intermediate on lifts, but with 15% BF I am working on managing calorie intake with strength gains...not fun LOL.
Enough about me, just wanted to say HIYA

First off, thank you for your service! My daughter who is in the Navy just got back from her first deployment.
I was surprised that you the Army limits the amount of bulk you can build. Just thought I would stop by to say hi and wish you luck reaching your goals.0
