Hey there....acidently found this site on my droid phone and it is fabulous!! Ive even got a few coworkers of mine hooked as well. I regularly go to the gym and I try to eat right...but never really lose any weight. However, by adding what Ive been eating to this site I've learned a few things. Eating a fish sandwich (because fish is healthy right??) and loading it up with tomatoes, ketchup, and mayonaise isnt such a great choice. Also those healthy salads I eat all the time are not so healthy. I am also a nurse so you would think this nutrition stuff would have stuck but it didn't. My goal is to lose 10 lbs and be about 135 by summer. Not raelly dieting but I wanna learn to eat right and be healthy. Im a work in progress.....Good luck to everyone!!
