I'm getting ready to go to the gym...and I told my husband "yeah, just let me get a shower first." He's so puzzled as to WHY would I take a shower before the gym :laugh: Honestly...I'm still sleeping! And I know if I don't take one I'm not going to have the energy to work out.

Anyone else crazy like me and will take a shower before the gym in the morning to wake up first?

    I take a shower where possible before the gym, makes perfect sense to me :flowerforyou:

    Not me - I throw a baseball cap over the bed head, throw on the gym clothes grab some breakfast and then off I go - The shower can wait until I get back as I'm going to need one then anyway.

    Not me I just wake up put clothes on and run outside the cold wakes me up!! Then I come home and shower:laugh:

    Love your Pitbulls. I have a half pitbull and she is the same coloring as yours. She is the best dog ever and best running partner I could have. She is always ready to run:smile:

    lol....i am...!!!!you know what...??i usually will have a cold shower in the morning so that i'll tend to exercise more to beat the cold....plus, i'll tend to exercise much more longer because it takes time for me to start sweating....

    Thank you! They are my babies! Lucy, my female and the darker one, is 2 and a great running partner (to bad I don't run) Bully, my male, is just over a year old and is my speed...walk fast, enjoy the view, and ready to go home after a mile or two :laugh:
