My first 6 weeks

In the past 6 weeks I have gone from 267 to 249lbs. :bigsmile: I am eating much better and feeling healthier every day. I have found ways to satisfy my need for cooking with healthier meals that still feel a little chefy. My body is stronger and more toned than it has been in YEARS and I can't believe how energiezed I feel. (The fact that I look forward to exercise still baffles me.)

I still have a long way to go, but I am so psyched that I am under 250!! Looking forward to see where the next 6 weeks take me.

    Congrats! I know that you put a lot of hard work into that loss. I know because I have lost 15 lbs in the past 6 weeks myself. I too am eating healthier and starting to enjoy my work outs. Good luck with your journey. I'm going to send you a friend request because we have very similar goals.
