I second House of Cards. I also loved Orange is the New Black (hated the first episode, then months later decided to give it another try, watched other episodes and I really liked it).

I will check those out. My favorite show on Netflix is called "Wentworth" It's about a women's prison, but it's a lot darker than Orange is the new black. It's an Australian show

Coupling - a British comedy that is like a funnier Friends. At least the first season anyhow.

Wayne's World - you will understand people in their 30s a little more for watching it.

Firefly - You will be able to speak some geek afterwards

    Funny Face - it's a classic.

How I Met Your Mother - It's funny

    Arrested Development - It's funnier.

The Killing (Danish original version) one of the best things ive ever seen, different and gripping. Great to watch one episode after another.

I've enjoyed Peaky Blinders - Cillian Murphy is awesome. But I'm behind on everything - Netflix and DVR. :(
