Thank you for sharing! You've made a wonderful transformation - it helps me to envision my results ahead of me. You look fantastic - you must feel that way too! So far I have lost 70 pounds but the next 20-30 pounds should really resculpt my body yet again. How was the experience for you?0

MkSatterfield88 great job!!! Well I haven't been tracking myself for intake and my gym time has been inconsistent but I've manage to maintain a steady 165 ... I still have my weight goal set at 160. Five pounds shouldn't be so hard? I know how to and i know i can do it! I started my new life in 2006 weighing in at 220 lost 70, gained 15 back. I did not like the way i looked at 150, i feel my best at 160. Looking forward to saying good bye to five unwanted lbs! Best wishes to everyone as we get ready to close another year0
