Hi, I've been on a few diets here and there but bever really worked out. I've been looking into heating healthily but have come across a problem.

I cannot eat chicken (and I stay clear of fish other than haddock) and I'm lactose intolerant. Is there any way i can create weekly plans for eating without these. When I google almost all recipes are chicken!

Sure can. Look for some vegetarian protein options, beans, tofu, seitan, lentils....... almond milk is pretty tasty, there are a ton of nut milk soy milk hemp milk even oat milk options. I don't eat meat, eggs or dairy, and I get plenty of protein.

Thank you will do! I do enjoy pork and beef but I usually only eat beef when making bolognese.

I haven't tried much milks other than Arva Lactofree so I'll give others a shot! Thanks :)

try paleo recipes... packed full of vegetables and other different meats... the rule of thumb would be if a caveman could eat it, then its good to go. i made single serve ground turkey meat loaves 2 weeks ago that were AMAZING... and paleo... no egg, no dairy, only meat and veggies.

I substitute rice milk for dairy (same amount) - I find it's the best tasting of all the substitutes, although I wouldn't drink it by itself.
