Starting the Shred again... May 1st

Starting the 30 day shred on Sunday... I've been running three to four miles a day and alternating betwen hip hop abs and the shred. I think I am going to do the shred every day and then switch up the running and ab work outs... I want to lose the belly before summer - it's coming up fast.

I was put on a thyroid medication about two weeks ago. I notice that I am not so tired during the day but crash around 6pm. I guess they need to change the dosage....

    I ended up starting yesterday. Sunday was beautiful and I got all of my flowers planted outside...
