Hi I have finally lost 90% of the weight I was looking to loose in the last 2 years. I have another 25 lbs to go but I wanted to start lifting in order to lose those and tone up. I am pretty weak. I understand I should have been working on this the whole time so please no bashing. I was hoping to find people in Orlando that may be on here that could help out. I'm completely lost in the lifting world. Thanks in advance guys!

I'm not in Orlando, but I like Nia Shanks' website, "Lift Like a Girl" (www.niashanks.com) for weight-lifting workout ideas.
There's also a book - I think it's "Women's Guide to Weight Lifting" or very similar title - that I've seen recommended a lot.0 -
Congrats on your loss! I'm in Palm Bay, but I know nothing about lifting.0

BAM! Congrats on your awesome results so far! That's awesome. Weight training is a great form of exercise and will be really good to start incorporating. Focus on alternating upper and lower body workouts so you give your muscles enough time in between to recover. If you're looking for ideals, check out Tony Horton's YouTube channel. He's got a bunch of workouts on there that are simple, quick, and effective.
