My Update: Need Some Outside Opinions

Options
Now, I know the number on the scale has changed, and I'm finally seeing a difference myself.

I went from 175 to 143, which is where I'm at now. It fluctuates, but all of a sudden I've started losing the weight I gained from the steroid shot I received for my allergies.

I can't see as much of a change as I want. I still feel overweight, like I'll have double chins in every photo. I'm only 5'4.

I guess I just need opinions. I have been losing weight fairly rapidly now, which seems weird, but when this all started, I was just 101 pounds.

Are your clothes feeling looser? The scales don't lie. :)

Just keep at it. Sometimes progress is slow and steady.

I do that, but my size doesn't always change while the scale does.

I don't understand. Do you weigh 143 or 101? At 5'4" You would look a lot thinner. So I would guess you don't weigh 101lb. What size are you wearing? What are your measurements?

I'm 5'3" and the scale keeps telling me 130, but I'm wearing a size 4 and My measurements haven't changed in two months since I broke a leg.
