I'm new to MFP, and looking for people who have had experience with Body Beast.

How were your results ????

Weight lifting is something I'm not use to, I usually just do cardio. I would really like a program that I can get toned.

I am very small framed, and I'm wondering if I would be able to pack on some muscle and burn off this stubborn body fat.

Do you also use the body beast supplements..

thanks for your replys

I like the Body Beast program. I don't use the supplements. The results are good. I am doing another round of it.

I LOVE Body Beast! I've only been doing it since just after Christmas 2013, and it is definitely causing changes in my body already! I will also be doing another round, and will probably continue doing rounds, because so far, I've not found a program that has gotten better results. I haven't used any of the Beachbody supplements. I also haven't followed the dietary recommendations this time around, and still am getting great results. You'll definitely be able to pack on some muscle & burn fat.

Great program in my opinion. Currently in Bulk week 2. I am not using supplements per say. I use Cellucor C4 before, sometimes drink xtend during my workout and drink Shakeology after. My diet is loosely based on the 21 Day Fast. I'm eating 5 times a day, controlled portions, clean foods and getting good results.

My suggestion would be to avoid a program such as this.

Look up Mark Rippetoe's "Starting Strength" program & book.

I promise you that you will NOT regret it if you follow this :)

I'm doing Body Beast also, I'm in week 9 Beast Phase, I have so far dropped 3.5 lbs, -2% body fat, and increased lean muscle mass 13%. I would recommend it highly for women! I don't use the Beach Body supplements, too expensive, I do use a good protein powder, pre-workout and post-workout drink and follow a sound nutrition program that includes lots of clean and nutrient rich foods! I don't drink the Shakeology ($135.00) for a month is not affordable for me!
