I am back... I fell off for about a month & just haven’t had the motivation to start back food tracking & working out consistently!! It is truly a mental thing because when I think about food tracking I think about what I can and cannot eat. Sorry if I let all my MFP friends down. I hope you have been successful. I am going to try & focus & get back on track. I didn’t do too bad per the scale. BUT I feel miserable & sluggish!! Its embarrassing to see I have not logged in... WOW Shame on me!

    We have all been there, done that. The positive note is that you are back! Take it one meal, one day at a time! You can do it.

    I'm with you! I just got back on track this week. I find myself getting angry because this is all so hard for me. It's a fact of life that I need to eat well and exercise. I know this in my brain, but it just pisses me off that it's so hard! Now I'm back and it feels pretty good. As much as I hated to admit to myself that I need support, I do. MFP has been great for me. I'm glad you made your way back - You'll be much happier in the end. :happy:

    You and I have the same story...I just came back too and you are so right about it being a mental thing. We have to get over the thinking in terms of what we can't eat but what we can eat that is healthy and tasteful. I fight myself everyday...sometimes I think its a losing battle but then other times I think it would be terrible for me to give up. Here's to coming back and keep on moving forward!

    I am right in the middle of the same destructive behavior. I have been eating "bad" for almost two weeks now. I hope to get the motivation back soon! Wish me luck, and I will wish you luck. So......"Luck!". :wink:
