    Please use the food scale - it makes a big difference.
    I was nicely surprised by the food scale. I was underestimating on some quantities.

    MFP (Calorie Tracking) has been the only thing that worked for me for more than a few months...it has been just over 1 year and I am still on target. The food scale, walking and accurate tracking have done it for me. Good luck to you!

    You can do it. I started out at 207, I've got a half pound to go. Just stick with it no matter how long it takes. And set mini goals to achieve along the way.
