In the meantime just keep logging and getting an awareness of where you are eating too many calories.0 -
The motivation isn't going to just show up. You need to decide to eat less and move more. I wasted too much time waiting for motivation. Just put one foot in front of the other.0

It all starts with the proper diet. NO JUNK FOOD. You have to prepare your own foods. No eating out of a box, no FAST FOOD, and lots of exercise. If you are not prepared to do these things all the motivation in the world will not help.0

The best advice I can give you is to just do it. Plan your food and exercise for a week at a time and just do it. Don't procrastinate or over think it.

What will make losing the weight meaningful to you? Why does it matter? Those are your motivations. Write them down, think about them often, and set up small, attainable goals to keep you interested. You'll be hooked once you start seeing results.0

Nope....Nope....Nope....
all you need to do is eat at a caloric deificit for weightloss.
For better health you should eat enough protein and fats, and do some exercise. Cardio and resistence training.
food from a box, fast food, junk food can all be part of a healthy diet.0
