    I always take shrimp and cocktail sauce. Easy, not terribly expensive and tons of good protein.

    fruit/veggie tray, bbq meatballs/cocktail smokies, any kind of dip with chips (salsa/tortilla, spinach artichoke, rotel)...pinterest has lots of appetizer ideas as well as desserts too.

    lol, well I was looking for healthy, low cal items, but pie sounds good! I'm just sure that there will be plenty of high calorie comfort foods so I would like something that I can pick at without totally losing it. I may have to do the veggie platter or I do like the idea of protein and dip too. Thanks for the suggestions.
