new from wales anyone else from wales

hi all

i am new to this just started today so far so good but im only about 12 hours in to it lol....

i am from south wales in the uk my name is matt and i am looking forward to my weight loss challenge and getting fitter.

i currently way around 277lbs and my 1st goal is 220ish so thats over 50lbs by end of year...

i will post some before pics later and then i will see what i look like in a month's time..

how is every one finding this so far.........
