Hi Everyone, I just returned to myfitnesspal.com. I'm currently on the HCG diet and this will be my second round. I did this diet about 4 months ago and lost 20 pounds, along with my husband who lost 30 pounds. My goal is to loose another 20 pounds and to train myself to make good choices for food in the future. I wanted to start this diet because I have a lot of friends and family on it and they have had great results. I had just given birth to twins a year ago and I could not get the last 20 pounds of pregnancy weight off. Now that I have the pregnancy weight off I need to get my "Marriage" weight off. Both my husband and I gained about 20-30 pounds after about 2 years of marriage. We love comfort foods!!!
I really like having a diet tell me what I can and cant eat, but then once I'm off it I tend to go back to my old habits. The goal this time around is to loose the last 20 pounds I need to loose and change my eating habits for the better. I will also be trying to walk 3 times a week while pushing the twins in the stroller. Hoping to be really successful at making positive changes for my family.

This is why I have never ever done any kind of diet. I started using this website last year and eat as I normally would including sweet things and other yummy stuff. I just portion control. that way there is no "old habit" for me to slip back into as I can have what I want in moderation.
