I've been at 1200 calories but I have started exercising more and eat my exercise calories. I do cardio 6 days a week and strength training 3 now... Should I change it from lightly active to active?

if you're eating back your exercise calories you probably don't need to change it unless you want to up overall calories and not eat exercise calories.0

If you're eating away your workouts then you may as well just leave your numbers as they are. I don't really change my numbers. I aim to hit the same numbers every day regardless of workout.0
