      I sure have. My parents were saying that it was ridiculous how long it was taking to get my driver's license (I think I was 20 or 21 at the time) and said I was "basically still a teenager". So I just walked downstairs and said, "Hey guys, I can hear you pretty clearly! Did you know I get anxiety attacks whenever I drive?" My mom stopped talking, my dad tried to backtrack and placate me. Anyway, I managed to soldier thru that and I passed the test a few months later. Still pretty proud of myself considering how difficult it was for me to get to that point. Story-time over!
