question about activity level

I have a sit down job, systems admin. However I do 2 miles on the elliptical 2x a day and walk 5 miles a day on the weekend. These are on average. 2 days a week I replace one of the elliptical runs with racquetball. What should I put down as my activity level?

Your exercise isn't part of your activity setting - you sit down most of the day so you are sedentary.
Log the exercise and you get credited with those calories to add to your base goal.0 -
Thank you. If I had a standing desk how would that change things if any?0

I don't think it would change it enough that you would change your registered activity level. It would make a difference for sure in your overall calories consumed, but it would be difficult to say exactly how much. Stick with sedentary, and if you use a standing desk, just let that be your "insurance" on meeting your goals.
