WHAT IF I AM UNDER MY CALORIE GOAL EVERYDAY AND EAT A LOT OF STUFF ONE DAY AND THEN AGAIN BEGIN THE SAME ROUTINE. WILL IT AFFECT MY DIET PLAN OR FAT BURNING PLAN? ACTUALLY I HAVE TO ATTEND A ANNUAL PARTY. SO THAT'S WHY I AM CONCERNED.

To the best of my knowledge cutting 3500 calories from your week = 1 pound of weight loss. So, as long as you stay in a deficit you would continue to lose weight. Now, that being said you may want to take a look at your choices. Just because you go to a party doesn't mean you need to lose your mind and ditch your goals. Part of losing weight and maintaining your weight loss is changing the habits that got you fat in the first place.

Some people look at their daily average for the whole week.

And you will burn extra calories if you learn how to use the CAPS LOCK key :-)

If that way of doing things works for you, that's probably fine. I would try to be more consistent though. Consistency makes it easier to repeat the same behaviors over again. If it is just for the 1 week, you should be fine, but you might not want to make a habit of this.

You don't need to be at your target caloric intake each day to lose weight, your average over the week just needs to be under what your expend. There are times I eat a better day and splurge the next. Or exercise more one day and eat those calories the next day. Look at your weekly amounts and deficit.
