1 Year In Already!

Tomorrow (December 18th) marks my 1 year anniversary with weight loss! In this year I have successfully shed 85 pounds and I couldn't be more proud of myself. If not for the help of MFP and the great members I have encountered, my journey may not have lasted this long. I thank my friends midnightdave and gmthisfeller for their continued support and words of encouragement. With determination, perseverance, and a strong will...anything is possible!

What are your goals for the next year?
I still need to reach my first overall weight goal, so that is definitely on my list for next year. I may set a new weight goal, but I am right around where I want to be weight wise. I think conditioning is now in order. Reshape myself and build some tone. Other than that...just live a happier life and enjoy life...now that I can do things I couldn't before!0 -
Instead of continuing to quote everything and respond individually...I'll just say...Thank you all! It hasn't been without hard work and dedication that I can achieve this milestone!0
