My name is Ginger and I have been seriously committed to losing weight since June of this year. At that time I weighed 259lbs. As of now, I have lost over 72lbs. I now weigh 186.6lbs which is a shock, even to me. I credit my weight loss to indoor walking because I have no excuse not to exercise due to bad weather, etc. I hope everyone has a great day. :)
