New Diet, Looking for Friends, Trying to lose 50lbs

Hi, my name is Emily. I'm just your typical person trying to lose weight - Been on and off diets for years, lost weight, gained it back... you know how it goes. I'm looking for a few friends to help keep me motivated (and to motivate) while I try to lose 50lbs. My goal is to lose it all in at least 6 and no more than 12 months. No crazy diets; just good old fashioned "eat less and exercise more." Drop me a friend request if you share my goals. Thanks for reading

I wish you luck. 50 pounds in 6 months is just over 8 pounds a week loss. If you stretch it out over a year, you can scale it back to a pound a week, and be 'allowed' to eat more - which will make sticking to an eating plan easier.

Feel free to add me, 50lb in 6 months is a lot, and works out at just over 2lb a week but it is doable if you are really diligent for the whole time. I'd say a year is more realistic and will allow for wiggle room especially as you get towards a lighter weight when weight loss tends to slow down.
I'm not perfect but i am trying to log everyday and will support your struggles0 -
