Hi I wanted to log my water intake but dont own any cups only mugs, wine & pint glasses. I usually drink my water a pint at a time so wanted to know how many mfp cups to 1 pint. I cant see any way of changing the unit on mfp.
Thanks, Tubster UK

I think you are free to define it any way you want, whether it be a "Metric" cup, US customary cup, US "legal" cup, UK cup, or Japanese cup.

A cup is about 240ml and a UK pint is 568 so it's a bit over 2 cups.
NHS guidance on water intake is about 1.3 litres from memory so 2.5 pints a day.0
