32 lbs. down!

1/3 of the way there! I debated whether or not to post at 30 lbs down or just wait 'till 50 or even until my goal weight. Then I thought, you know what? Why not celebrate at my mile markers?! I'm going to enjoy it the whole way and not just at the "finish line".
So far it's been about 3 months. I eat at/near MFP suggestions, workout occasionally on my elliptical and recumbent bike. Do lifting when I can. Throw in a spattering of extra activities when I can. For as little effort I put in I am happy with the results.
I plan on lifting more often when I get closer to onederland or until I hit a plateau. I'm pretty lazy, so anyone who is worried they can't do it, don't sweat it too much. Find what works for you and do it! For me that means counting calories, limiting carbs (not because I think they are horrible, I am just one of those people who need to see scale progress everyday. If I have too many carbs, the water weight throws off my scale progress and it takes 3-7 days to get back to a normal reading...) move enough to keep things in working order and eat organic. (I eat 75% organic at the lowest) This is what works for me. Other results may vary. See a dealer for details....
Keep on keepin' on everyone!
