Hi everyone I'm Rolando and have been active on MyFitnessPal for almost 3 years.
A lot of people are discouraged from not seeing results quickly enough, but once you start to think you could lose 20 lbs in 1 month then you're setting yourself up for failure. I'm not gonna lie--- I was exactly like that before.
My transformation was a bit bumpy with losing weight, gaining weight, losing more, gaining it all back, losing it all, gaining a bit, and then finally-- losing it all for good!
Before I start my bulk to gain muscle, I wanted to share my 3 year transformation to you all to show you that I am not one of those success stories that have lost it in 6 months and continue to be successful, but I am one of those who succeeded and fell hard many times until I found that spark again. And THAT IS REALITY, many fall many times from their diets/healthy lifestyle.
Feel free to add me as a friend, I love having a growing support system!

So excellent! You've done an amazing job. I love your smile in the last one. It shows how proud you are of your accomplishment! And it's true. It's all ups and downs! But it's worth it in the end. Congratulations! You've done so well!0
