Hmm just think about it. Say in the next 3months you keep going and push a lol harder, you are that much closer to your goal. But gun if you give up, you are setting yourself back. Even when it looks likes you're not losing weight, you are0

Honey , you can totally do this , you might have done bad on certain days , and that's ok, wrap your head around that idea. It's fine to have some day when you eat more/ crave more, go over the calorie intake, we're all human , make sure you make small steps every day for long time goal - this is after all a complete lifestyle change for most people.
- agree with 80% food , 20% workout , if you had a big lunch , don't feel bad , write it down calculate calorie intake and don't wait for tomorrow to lower ci, what's wrong with dinner , no point in postponing anything, you're doing this for yourself , no point on cheating on yourself
- if you can't go to the gym , that's ok , workout at home, with or without equipment. find a hobby that you like, when workouts are fun , they're easy to stick to. and try some new workouts every once in a while, try fast walking around the house, build up to running , try zumba / yoga / karate / boxing any other kind of workout , you might grow to like them in the end
- the basic thing to remember is : keep reminding yourself as often as possible why you want this because you probably don't want this just out of boredom. you want it for a reason.0
