I need some more calories

Can someone please look at my diary for Monday and help me think of some easy calories I can gain without going over my sugar or carb macros?

Straight away you can use full-fat Greek yoghurt and mayonnaise[*] instead of "low fat". A larger serving of avocado, a larger serving of olive oil ... a teaspoon of peanut butter. If you want to add calories without adding carbs, eating more fats is the easiest way to do it.
[*] I feel as strongly as Monica Gellar on this: it's NOT REAL MAYONNAISE.0 -
^ Forgot to mention no peanut butter haha.
Thanks for the tips. Will definitely look for full fat greek yoghurt next time. The mayo was meant to be full fat but I only eat Praise and they did not have full fat at the store.0 -
Preplan. Keep some olive oil or any oil or butter around so that you can add it when you feel that you need to.0

^ The day is pre-planned but I am a little under calories and I have a pretty intense cardio exercise waiting for me in the morning so I would rather not be under 1200 tomorrow0
