hi,
i've read so mush on how we shouldn't skip meals in this case breakfast if we want to succesfully lose weigh, but the thing is that i'm not usually hungry in the morning at least till around 11h, so i sometimes find myself eating something just so i don't feel hungry between breakfast and lunch. thing is that if i wait till i feel hungry it'll clash with lunch then i won have one thing or the other and feel hungry again about 4ish and so on....
question should i eat even when i'm mot nungry?

That's a diet myth that's been around for ages. The fact is that meal timing has zero impact on weight loss. If you're not hungry until 11, then by all means don't eat until 11. So long as you are sticking to your calorie goal and not overeating, what times you eat will make no difference.0

There are plenty of people that choose not to eat breakfast. As long as you get the correct amount of calories in by the end of the day, it shouldn't be a problem.
How much are you eating?0 -
Doesn't matter what time you eat. I personally wake at about 3 a.m. daily and never eat my first meal until 9:30-10:30ish.0

You need to find what works for you, which is eating later after waking up. Like everyone has said, it won't matter when you eat as long as you get your calories throughout the day. There's something called "Intermittent fasting" Basically it's a "window" on when you're eating, someone people will eat all their calories from 12pm-7pm or 2pm-9pm, basically any kind of time. As long as you're getting your calories -you're fine. Now if you never feel hungry throughout the day, that's another thing and you should get checked out but if it's only a time issue, no worries! Infact i used to wake up at 8am and would only start eating at 11:30am and was fine. But i would either some tea or water in the morning. Here's a website on Intermittent fasting: http://scoobysworkshop.com/leangains-intermittent-fasting/

Eating breakfast works for some people, because it helps to prevent extreme hunger later in the morning that can lead to overeating. If you don't want to eat breakfast, and you aren't feeling ravenous before lunch, there's no good reason to eat it.0

Frankly, I somewhat like days when I have to skip breakfast usually due to not enough time. It usually means a bigger lunch, or at least that I come under my calorie goal more easily0 -
It doesn't matter a great deal. Eat breakfast if you're hungry, skip it if you're not.0

I don't understand your post, so this may or may not be a dressing what you asked.
Try what you feel like doing. It you want to eat before you're hungry, try it. See how it goes. If you want to wait until you're hungry, try that and see how that goes.
Whatever you do, you can always do something else later. If one thing doesn't work, try something else.0 -
I have to force feed when I'm not hungry because I have hypoglycemia, and honestly, it's not fun and I often end up feeling sick. So eat when you're hungry.0

Eat when you're hungry! From what I understand, the biggest reason people are often told to eat breakfast is because they're skipping it when they are hungry which leads to overeating later.0

I'd say, eat when you are hungry. However, as someone who used to skip breakfast daily, I can say that after finding a quick, healthy breakfast meal I enjoyed, I cannot go without it anymore. So it's a matter of habit really.0

Don't eat breakfast if you don't want it. If you don't find you're so hungry that you overeat at lunch, it's simply not a big deal.
I'm an evil grouch if I don't eat breakfast, but I know plenty of people who do not have that disability It won't hurt you to wait until you are hungry.
