Hi everyone,

I recently had to take a break from MFP because of illness, having had a successful (lost 60 lbs) and enjoyable time on here before that. I've managed to find some of my old friends (although not all, so please FR if I haven't found you) but I thought I'd pop up a little message here to see if I can make some new friends as well.

I'm a really positive guy with a sense of humour who offers support as and where I can.

I also love The Smiths.

Congrats on your 60lb loss. I love The Smiths too - if you have five seconds to spare then I'll tell you the story of my life. I lost 28lb counting calories and exercising a bit a few years back, not a huge weight loss but I'm only 4'11'' so a couple of pounds looks like half a stone on me. Using MFP to maintain around 7st 3lb but I overeat most days and will definitely put a few pounds on over Christmas so will look to lose that in the new year. Add me if you want, diary's open as I thought maybe it'd encourage me to be less of a glutton if others could see it; this theory obviously not working.
