i am excited to see change, and i feel good!! Ive lost 31 pounds! i hope they work! LOL

    Thanks to everyone, and this website helps me stay accountable and my friends on here are amazing! Ive deff made friends for life!
    I feel so great, the weight isnt comin goff fast but th einches are!
    I went from a 44 DDD to a 34 DD and my back thanks me! LOL.
    I went down 2 dress sizes, and 3 pants sizes. Went from a 3X shirt to XL.

    Add me please i can use th emotivation! LOL
