I need to lose 15 lbs. I work out every day and have for months now but nothing is budging. I realize it's obviously my diet. Maybe I've been in denial about how many calories I consume. I'm angry because I used to maintain a smaller size with little trouble, until I went through menopause. Now the pounds keep piling on and I'm feeling very defeated and somewhat hopeless that I'll ever lose this extra weight. Looking forward to using this site to help turn this around for me. Thanks!

Log your food faithfully everyday and you'll be surprised at what you're eating. Then you can make healthy adjustments and the pounds will come off. Welcome to MFP , add me as a friend if you wish.0

Once you get used to menopause and get familiar with your body again, you should be able to lose and maintain without too much problem.0
