Major Milestone Today!

When I started this journey I set the goal of 225 lbs. As things progressed I changed my ending goal, but still wanted to reach 225 by Christmas. Well the scale said it today..225.0 I'm a happy camper and no one in my house understands so I'm telling you all. There is no way I could have got this far without your support.....THANK YOU!!!!!!

    135 lbs is an amazing accomplishment! It boggles my mind that no one in your house realizes how huge this is. I'm sure that you are much more healthy now too. Congrats!!

    Now, to move on to the next goal. 200, then on to a "healthy" BMI before I try to gain some muscle back. Not lost a huge amount, but enough that I will do a "bulk" if I can get to 180-185. Its a journey for sure.

    Congratulations! You have accomplished something awesome. I've only been on this journey for just under 3 months and set my goal for 225 also by Christmas and just weighed this am at 224. That give me a total loss of like 31 pounds and I'm totally doing the happy dance right now. How much more you must be doing it with a 135 pound weight loss. :o
