So, I'm finding that I don't have a lot of time in the morning to work out..so, I'll only do about a 30 - 35 minute cardio workout, continue with my day, and then when I come home at night I'll do about 30 - 35 minutes of strength training...but is that giant gap between workouts okay or will it make my workout less effective?
I don't really have any specific goals...I'd just like to maintain my weight/and/or/"tone up" (please pardon the cliche way of putting that)
