Was thinking about doing the flat belly solution diet.
Has anyone tried it. If so is it any good.
What are the pro and cons.
More importantly does it actually work or not.

    Does it mention any exercise? if not, then it probably doesn't work.

    the best diet for the flat belly is a balanced meal while exercising.
