hello everybody and happy holidays! I want to ask you for tips to overcome my lack of motivation. I had lost 10 kilos but I need to lose 10 more, the problem is my lack of motivation and my depression (which is now worst and all I want to do is eat and sleep). I look myself in the mirror and I want to cry, it's not just my weight, I don't like my face, hair, skin
please help me!

Are you being treated for your depression?
Also, as difficult as it is to get yourself moving when depressed, exercising really helps lift your mood!
Eating well with lots of veggies, fruit, proteins and healthy fats will also help you feel better as well as help with your skin, hair etc.
As well, getting some sunlight or those special lamps for seasonal affective disorder if that's what you have.
You also could get your vitamin D levels checked-too low and it could affect your mood and energy.
I hope you feel better soon and Happy Holidays to you too!

If you aren't already in therapy for your depression, look for psychologists/psychiatrists in your area and call one to schedule an appointment.

I also agree with @healthygreek. Get your vit D levels checked.

Like the previous answers have said, look into the depression.
At the same time, if you don't like what you're seeing - change it. No one here can give you any motivation, it has to come from you. I know it's hard when your mood/thoughts and everything are pretty much against you, but you have to push through it. Why are you depressed? Seasonal? Did something happen recently? Or has this been going on for a while?
    Find out what's going on.

Definitely been through that and the only advice is that all the crying, that pain, that hopelessness will go away. You need to change your thoughts and beliefs and make them positive, as hippy as that sounds lol. (Along with help for your depression). Why did you first start working out? Take that to the gym with you. Make a conscious decision that you're going to the gym. Some people wait till they feel motivated but the truth is, you need to act first and then you'll feel motivated.
