Looking for good strengthening/bone building exercises for Osteoporosis. Any suggestions?

You need to be doing weight bearing exercises. Plain old walking is the best.0

I would consult a physiotherapist.
I broke several bones as a youngster, and is only as an adult that my physio (not my doctor, who I had seen SEVERAL times) said they thought I had had juvenile osteoporosis!
If you just have one session, they can advise you and prob give you exercises to do at home too0 -
