Handstands and headstands?

How do you log headstands and handstands in the exercise log? I do a headstand for 10 minutes every morning since it helps raise your metabolism and i've been learning how to do handstands which are really hard.

    My mom used to do headstands and she has problems with her spinal discs now. Make sure you do it right (I'm not sure how she did that, but that's what she told me).
