So... I want to log daily... Any pointers? I usually fall flat on dinner and weekends. I'm sure this isn't the place for it, but I get about 5 days of logging in and fall flat.

I reminded myself that it takes 21 days to create a habit so I pushed really hard for three weeks and it really does make a difference now I have no problem

I've logged my foods for over 300 days. If I get busy and don't get something logged shortly after I eat it I just log whenever I think about it or even the following day. It doesn't matter when you log, as long as you do it.

Obviously it helps to pre-log so you know many calories you have left to eat in any given day, but for all other purposes, including reference to see how things affect my weight loss, I find that logging even a day later still is helpful.
