My name is Maddi and I want to lose about 25kg (55lbs). I´m 16 and have been overweight for as long as I can remember. Any advice and motivation would be muchly appreciated :smile:

    i've also been overweight my whole life, but all it took was to eat as little carbs as possible :smiley: if your body is like mine, you might want to consider lchf, since some bodies can't take nutrients from carbs but store them in fat cells instead

    This. The nutritional needs for a growing teenager are a different than for an adult. This site isn't equipped to deal with a teen.
