Hey! I very much gained the freshman 15 and I need to drop some weight quickly. I can focus on self care and sustainable health after I lose like, 10 lbs. I am growing out of my clothes and I can't buy new ones. This is kind of an emergency and the holidays are only making everything worse.

Somebody want to be my buddy for a week? Keep each other accountable for 1200 calories (or less)?
I'm sure this will drop me at least 5 in one week.
