Meal Replacement Shakes anyone?

I would like to hear from people who have tried meal replacement shakes.

Is it any good? I am a vegetarian and snack a lot. Trying to control it with some luck now.
I am worried that the shake would not make me feel full and that I would overeat. How are your general energy levels?

    Orgain organic plant based protein shakes. Best stuff I have ever had.
