Hi,
I am just a new guy joining all of you on your weight loss journey. A couple years back I decided to start doing something about my health. I began eating healthier and while I did feel better I didn't really lose weight. This all had to do with my portion sizes. I would over eat and I wasn't very active either. Well, I decided I needed to do something different so I tried P90 (not P90x). I completed it a few days ago and lost only 10 lbs. Again, this is due to over eating and even eating bad foods. While the weight loss was low I did gain strength, stamina, better flexibility and balance. I plan to give it another run beginning January 1st. Someone suggested this site to me and so far it's been very helpful. I have a feeling this is going to be the last piece of the puzzle I need to finally start dropping some weight. anyway, that is my story. Good luck.
