I find a lot of things mentioned that I do not know about then Google them for a better understanding. Most here are helpful. The harmful ones will be easy to detect by demeanor alone.0

I'm learning to use it and finding it helpful with the amount of food you've had and if you should have more or not. Also I'm finding asking questions can be useful as well. Good Luck0

It's useful if you stick to it. I've lost 73 or so pounds since April and I doubt I would've been able to do it without MFP0
